It gives me great pleasure to welcome all participants, experts, and academics to the 5th International Conference on Sustainable Engineering Techniques (ICSET 2024). As the Chairman of this event, I am honored to be part of a global initiative.Our aim is to create a platform for meaningful discussions on the latest research and technologies in engineering, innovation, and sustainability. This year's conference will feature a diverse range of authors and speakers from academic institutions, government organizations, and industry.The Conference will be held under the patronage of Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Naeem Yasir Alaboody on 11–12 December, 2024, at Middle Technical University in Baghdad, Iraq to experience the generous hospitality, culture heritage, and the rich history of Mesopotamia. ICSET 2024 will bring together researchers from various backgrounds to present recent work, explore future trends, and tackle challenges in engineering and technology. We look forward to providing an inspiring and informative program in the vibrant city of Baghdad.
